Corporate Events & Private Celebrations at Vinrich Lake Resort

Weddings are what Vinrich Lake Resort is best known for, but the same venues work just as well for a birthday party, anniversary, family reunion, or a corporate offsite.

A day out by the pool

Our get-together lunch runs from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on the poolside lawn and restaurant, for groups of 40 or more. It includes a welcome drink, a buffet lunch, cake and iced coffee in the evening, a changing room and use of the swimming pool, at Rs. 3,630 net per adult and Rs. 2,420 per child aged 3–12. You're welcome to bring your own liquor, free of corkage, except on Poya days.

Evening functions

For an after-work gathering or a birthday party, our evening snack menu starts at Rs. 3,300 net per person (plated, minimum 40 guests). If you'd rather be indoors, an air-conditioned hall is available by the hour.

Live cooking

For something more interactive, our Mongolian and Hoppers & Kottu live cooking stations are cooked to order in front of your guests, at Rs. 3,630 net per person for groups of 50 or more.

Larger formal events

A formal dinner or awards night suits one of our banquet halls, with the same buffet menus we serve at weddings. See every menu and price on our event menus page.

Dining without a full event package

If you just want a relaxed lakeside meal rather than a private function, our Sunday buffet and à la carte dining are a simple option for a smaller celebration or a team lunch. Reservations are recommended for groups.

Make it an overnight stay

For events that run into the evening, or for out-of-town guests, we also offer overnight accommodation on site.
